Herby I would like to give a summary about who I am, where I stand for and what I believe in.
I would describe myself as a person that likes to work with people, who likes to work with and in teams. I strongly believe in the capabilities of every individual and that people exceed if you give them space and trust to do the things there own way. I also believe that by giving trust to a team emergent processes will follow and they grow to higher levels then when you narrow them down.
