I specialise in bringing together requirements from users, stakeholders, team members and the business to design a clear and informed strategy for services and digital products.
I use service design thinking and methodologies to ensure that the solutions we design are what users need, and what the business requires. I help to engage stakeholders, embed design thinking and agile processes in teams, and design and deliver excellent services.
I have a particular interest in public sector work, and have worked with central government, local government, housing associations, charities and the NHS over the course of my career.
