One of the methods I helped introduce to enable this was to move fast moving stock lines closer to the Dispatch department to reduce traveling time increasing performance rate. In this role I worked closely with the Location Management team to help identify faster moving stock lines using the HIPS database. Locating Line Items and Customer Demand the lines was moved to the end of racking locations.
