At ASAE, we have developed and implemented a new product development (NPD) process that is designed to spark innovation, serve members, and strengthen ASAE by improving our strategic mix of programs, products, and services. At the same time, we're promoting innovation within ASAE and for our members. It's a fascinating koan: How to apply the strategic and fiscal discipline necessary to evaluate and develop successful products - while simultaneously encouraging the open-mindedness, creativity, and risk-taking required for innovation.
