- 2. ~INSTAFREIGHT Mr. Shehzad demonstrated very quickly that, due to his knowledge, he was able to rapidly familiarize himself with his new tasks. Therefore, he constantly had full and perfect control of his assigned duties. Due to his keen perception along with his practical mindset, he always completed his work with outstanding results. Furthermore, Mr. Shehzad was an extremely resilient employee who mastered all of his assigned requirements of his position, even under difficult circumstances and time pressure. He continually fulfilled the tasks assigned to him with utmost conscientiousness, efficiency and in a systematic manner. Accordingly, Mr. Mr. Shehzad was ambitious as well as dedicated and showed an extraordinary commitment to our company. The quality of his work was consistently well above the requirements, even in the case of demanding tasks and under deadline-pressure. Especially worthy of mention are his open- mindedness along with his flexibility which enabled Mr. Shehzad to quickly familiarize himself with new topics. Thanks to his creativity and innovative drive, he was always able to show new ways to guarantee the company's further development. Even under difficult circumstances he always showed great professionalism in dealing with his colleagues. At the same time, he persistently works in a consistently very self-reliant fashion which is why his supervisors and colleagues regard Mr. Shehzad as a partner who can be relied upon.
