 Generate and establish the EHS through training of staff an periodical knowledge audits.

 Submission periodical management reports / MIS.
 Site operation as per contractual degree.

 Conduct of quality audit of site work process and all emergency and risk assessment at work
place and handling on occurrence.
 Maintain the record of all operation and maintenance at the site and appraise RWA and
management of the same time to time.
 Strive towards zero escalations and foresee any escalations to take suitable corrective action.

 Control of AMC Management plan PPM schedule of equipment’s, customer satisfaction survey.

 To ensure deployment of staff in all work areas to maintain highest level of upkeep of cleanliness
and hygienic point of view

 Implementation of job description documentations for staff
 Plan and improvise the monthly consumable and tools for staff.
 Ensure the weekend specials housekeeping activities for washrooms and common areas i.e.
deep cleaning and scrubbing.

 Responsible for minimum inventory on site and plan forecast and procure logistics for site.

 During Ace Facility tenure did the transition of “Shipra Krishna Vista” residential site.
 Performed the SPOC for lead team.
