Roles & Responsibilities: Responsible for the HR Gamut of HR functions with special emphasis on Talent Management, Planning, Sourcing, HR - Systems, Performance Management Systems, Training& Development, Employee Development, Engagement & Retention, Competency Assessment as well as HR Audit.
