Head of Bibliography Unit of Scientific Information Department at the Wroblewski Library of the Lithuanian Academy of Sciences

After graduating the University of Vilnius with the diploma of a librarian-bibliographer (1988) I started my professional career at the Wroblewski Library of the Lithuanian Academy of Sciences. In 1994 I was appointed to head the Information department. Main duties included reference service, bibliographical work, standardizing requirements for bibliographical description, public relations, organizing scientific and public events. Still working at the library I maintained PhD 鈥淪cientific schools in chemistry in Lithuania鈥� (1996). I was appointed to head the unit of Bibliography at the Information Department in 2013.
