Mr Samuel KOUAKOU is currently Technical Advisor in the Directorate of Evaluation and Projects Control of the Ministry of Agriculture, C么te d鈥橧voire. Previously he was the Deputy Director of Evaluation and Sustainability. He is in charge of Monitoring, Evaluation and Coordination of bilateral and multilateral integrated development programs and projects.
He is a member of several monitoring and evaluation networks such as AFREA, EES and IDEAS.
