• Provide post sales and maintain close customer relationship
• Drive the development of itemized checklist based on review the FS and DS, ensure project is ready to be taken over without any outstanding issues
• Sit in for the project post-mortem and provide feedback and suggest solutions
• Ensure the smooth transition of the project from implementation to support
