During my work experience, participating to several projects, I have achieved a broad and consolidated experience in delivering systems mainly related to civil and military aviation and maritime (VTS) domains.
On the other side, I also had the opportunity to practice Agile methodologies (both in SW development and project management) that I currently keep practicing as a scrum master or product owner (depending on the project) or simply coaching teams (I'm CSM and PMI-ACP certified).
