1 Handle all Recruitment activities from Junior to the Senior Management from Offer letter, appointment letter and On boarding and all Employee Cycle related Activities.
2 Establish relationship with recruitment consultants (Local & International). Negotiate and summaries ,Terms & Conditions (T&C’s). Screening and short-listing of CV’s from the Company website, Newspapers, post, fax, agencies , referral programs, Campus interviews. Maintain quality database for all positions. Manpower Plan (Department Wise) to be in place by the end of each year (With all necessary approvals in place).
