Several years ago, I fell in love with the story of Emily and Paul. Overwhelmed in their corporate existence, they discovered that neuroscience could help them transform their workplace, and their relationships with the people in it.
The book was The Brain at Work by David Rock. It would spark an addictive passion for helping people perform at their best through corporate learning and development frameworks.
Today, I seek to take on learning and development, and human capital roles that aim to transform employee performance, retention and satisfaction.
