Several years ago, I fell in love with the story of 鈥楨mily鈥� and 鈥楶aul.鈥� Overwhelmed in their corporate existence, they discovered that neuroscience could help them transform their workplace, and their relationships with the people in it. The book was 鈥淭he Brain at Work鈥� by David Rock. It would spark an addictive passion for helping people perform at their best through corporate learning and development frameworks. Today, I seek to take on learning and development, and human capital roles that aim to transform employee performance, retention and satisfaction. My background is diverse, and means I bring some unique skills to projects. - As a former aircraft accident litiga
