With Visioni Urbane the Government of Basilicata created 5 Creative Centers in Basilicata. This project is realized together with Ministry of Economic Development and it is financed by national public funds (FAS, Fund for Underutilised Areas). We have started with a clear idea: understanding what to do (with who and how) in Creative Centers even before knowing which are the Centers themselves. That way we have avoided opening spaces without long-term plans and culturally eradicated.
