I have prided myself in learning the science and practice of Industrial/ Organizational (I/O) Psychology especially as applied to HR selection and assessment.
Currently, as a Talent Assessment Consultant for The DeGarmo Group, Inc., I am part of an HR Consulting firm where the focus of research, product development, and service delivery is grounded in the application of psychological science in human resource (HR) and employment assessment and selection.
We provide our clients with web-based HR testing and training services that support their talent acquisition and employee development processes. We believe strongly that HR practices should be firmly grounded in psychological science
