I live in Dallas, Texas and recently left my executive position at the leading community management company to embark on a completely different path, teaching Bikram Yoga.
When I moved to Dallas in 2005, I found a Bikram Yoga studio near my house. I had never done much yoga, and certainly not Bikram Yoga. I decided to give it a try and I really loved the multiple challenges in class. If you aren't familiar, Bikram Yoga is hot yoga, the room is 105 degrees with up to 50% humidity. The heat really helps you open up and stretch your muscles.
