Passionate about water and politics of water, my main goal is to bring water into everyday life-consideration. Just like we don't waste fuel or electric light, we should be aware that the food we buy contains different types of water, that travelled from far right to our table. Is it better to eat a tomato from right next door or a tomato coming from a water-scarce country? I am exploring and testing if this simple question can be scientifically investigated and brought to a large audience
