- 1. Hi! My name is Bartek. Let’s go for a walk see our historical town.
- 2. We will start our journey from short history lesson Our town is over 650 years old. Its biggest pride is a defensive castle built by king Kazimierz the Great in a place of wooden castle. Nowadays there is a museum where you can see armors display and watch tournaments in the yard.
- 3. On the hill, next to the castle, there is the Church of Holy Trinity. The Church was built about 1364. The Church is really incredible inside with beautiful alter and memorable boards on Church’s walls.
- 4. We passed the bridge on Przemsza River and now we are in Miroszewscy’s Palace from 18tc century. We will be delighted with rooms in baroque style.
- 5. We drew some pictures of Miroszewscy’s Palace.
- 6. While walking in a park around the Palace we stopped near the sculptures of: Flora Bachus
- 7. Now we are climbing on the highest hill in Będzin – St Dorota Hill. On the top of the hill there is an antique church from 1635.
- 8. When we will be coming back to school, we want to invite you on short lesson about natural life in our town. Grodziecki forest is the biggest place in Będzin where we can find a lot of animals and plants, that are protected. In the forest there is a bike trail and scientific educational path.

- 10. Leaving history it’s time for present days We are inviting you to the Theatre of Children of Zagłębie which is incredible puppet theatre, where everything is possible, anything can happen.
- 11. • Now we are passing by the city center. There are a lot of shops, banks and other institutions. If we want to take rest, we can sit on a bench and take a look at fountains on Palace of Warsaw-Vienne Railways.
- 12. At the end of our journey it’s time for play! That’s why we will visit playground. In this place, citizens of Będzin can exercise and get shaped.
