- 8 years and half experience of working on Customer Technical Escalations, 15 ~ 20 cases per year mostly bug-fixes
- System Programming with advanced level C including debugging especially in Unix environment
- Skills of Systematic Problem Solving and Root Cause Analysis
- Updated knowledge of Internet programming from attending Graduate school
