Aalok is a member of APMs Thames Valley Regional Network and also speaks to members of APMs PMO Interest Network, which aims to facilitate collaboration and learning, offer unbiased advice and guidance.
Tonight, Aalok planned to discuss the importance of a PMO within project-based organisations, the different types of PMO and their key elements, PMO governance and centres of excellence.
PMOs within an organisation can be centralised, hub and spoke with a central PMO with satellite PMOs globally, or embedded within projects. The appropriate structure will be determined by the specific business needs of the organisation. The PMO sits above PM delivery and the supply chain delivery teams.

Name: Kaya Dalton issued 12/04/2016 A2 Photography students Aim: Prepare shoot proposal for the set exam Identify materials equipment processes required for the set exam Demonstrate an ability to plan for the exam paper Set exam dates: 19th, 21st, 26th, 28th April My exam proposal is: - I will be working in the following locations (maximum no = 2) Planning. I need the following resources(include studio and materials/backdrops, tripods, lights, etc). From the ten shoots that I did, I really enjoyed Hope. I liked the way I could bring culture into the picture, experiment between humans and objects. I think lighting throughout should be either dark with one ray of light, or very light and colorfully emphasis's the faith. For my second shoot I would like to contrast Hope, and go with a theme of giving up. All the photos would be in black and white, with dark surroundings and negative space. These three photos are ones that I would like to use as inspiration. I will be working at CM17 9TF, and within the mile. There may be a variety of photos in and outside.
