I obtained my Ph.D. degree in Organic Chemistry at the Catholic University of Leuven and started my career in 1997 as a Scientist Medicinal Chemistry at the Janssen Medicinal Chemistry Department in Beerse, contributing to gastrointestinal and inflammation research programs.
