For 7 years I鈥檝e led design projects working with brands like Yell, Tesco, RBS and Sky and in the last 4 years I鈥檝e set up design & UX operations for Sky, Tyche (gaming co.) and Imagination.
I place the user at the heart of the design process from design research through to user testing. I also get under the skin of business objectives because design, when faced with the complexity of real consumers, will edit the original strategy and must justify those changes against the original business goals.
