Mark J. Golden, CAE, recently completed a nearly 14-year tenure as Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer of the National Court Reporters Association (NCRA), Vienna, Virginia. As Executive Director and CEO, Mr. Golden worked with the NCRA Board of Directors to develop policies and direction for the organization and heads a staff of 35 full-time and part-time employees. "Mark has been a tireless champion for our profession and for NCRA's membership, as well as an accomplished chief executive," NCRA President R. Douglas Friend said. "He served the elected leadership and membership through his vision, passion innovation, problem solving skills and advocacy for the profession."
