With a background in high performance sport, I have an awareness of the potential to learn by sharing information across diverse areas 鈥� from nature to dance, music, design, art, sport, extreme sports, science, education, medicine....the list goes on. Connectedness is the key to performance and to the sustainability of our world. I鈥檓 engaged in the Creative Performance Exchange (CPX), where we freely share ideas, both F2F and online.
