design, Kanban, Feedback mechanics, etc. Construction Administration, CSI and AIA forms, Process
change orders, RFIs and clarifications. Evaluate substitutions. Jurisdiction plan review and
permitting processes. Facilities survey documentation. Fire & Life Safety Code Analysis, Member of
ICC Code and Material Research, Member of ICC & CSI Locate and evaluate site options. Verify
Substantial completion of projects. Prepare cost analysis. Observation of project progress.
