- As a member of the O2 Customer Strategy & Planning Team I'm responsible for the setup and
development of strategies and for the improvement of existing processes
- Provide analytical evaluations of programmes and activities in order to demonstrate what the
outcome/impact has been and what is driving that
- Performance evaluation of different customer groups, different contact strategies and individual
campaigns
- Identify and forecast the size of growth opportunities within the customer base
- Support the development of an overall plan of intent
