Follow my advice and get your profile up to scratch so that recruiters can find you! I very rarely find this included on a LinkedIn profile however the option is there. I personally find it useful to see what my candidates enjoy outside of the work place. Sometimes there is a common interest which can be built on. Remember, you are a human being, you are defined by your personality not just your job title. A potential employer is also a living, breathing person and you could find that you share a mutual interest. This can spark conversations, get to know you chats. Skills and Expertise alone do not make a successful team, the right mix of personalities, team fit, is just as important as the ability to carry out the job role!
