, I am the baby of a family of three, I have 2 older brothers.油油I am the mother of 2 wonderful children (dont we all say that about our children), and the owner of 2 amazing dogs and band new puppies (9).油油We live in a small town called Saint Pauls in North Carolina.油油It is definitely a country town with country stores, corn fields, cow pastures, and deer running across your yard type of town.油油It is enjoyable because my dogs can run freely; we can ride four wheelers, and have huge family gatherings without bothering our neighbors.
My education began right out of college; I attended a four year university Winston Salem State University.油油In the midst of college my mother became very ill and she was keeping my son during the time.油油I did drop out of school after a total of 3years to take care of her and my son.油油No regrets, I feel now I have more discipline, a little scared, but determined to finish what I started.
I am currently employed at Mann Hummel Purolator Filters in Fayetteville, NC.油油This is a filter company and we supply filters to some of the largest automobile companies worldwide.油油I worked in the Data Key Entry for about 1 遜 years, then moved to Traffic Department for 2 years, then worked as office support for 2 遜 years and then Customer Service department for 5years, and now I am working in the Packaging Department.油油It is great to see a different side of the business, I began working with the end result and now I have transitioned to the start of the process.油油油
From this course my learning objectives are a deeper understanding of teaching methods, of the curriculum, the student, and diverse students. Also the methods of a great instructional plan for all involved.油油English language learners I will say are similar to what I am comfortable with.油油My native tongue is English, but to teach it to diverse learners may be difficult, but being a teacher is about facing the difficult and conquering.油油As an educator we must learn to teach diverse students, due to the diverse world we live in.油油There is nowhere we can go and not have to teach to one set standard of children.油油They all learn different, come from different backgrounds etc., therefore some form of diversity some differences great and some small.

Filomeno Joaquim da Silva is a 21-year-old student from Timor-Leste. He was born in Venilale and now lives in Dili. He comes from a family of nine members. Filomeno attended primary school in Venilale, where he initially struggled but grew to enjoy learning. He had some troubles in junior high school but found the experience overall average. In senior high school, Filomeno focused on his studies and took on leadership roles. He then entered the National University of Timor-Leste but had to leave after three semesters when a scholarship was cancelled. Aalok is a member of APMs Thames Valley Regional Network and also speaks to members of APMs PMO Interest Network, which aims to facilitate collaboration and learning, offer unbiased advice and guidance.
Tonight, Aalok planned to discuss the importance of a PMO within project-based organisations, the different types of PMO and their key elements, PMO governance and centres of excellence.
PMOs within an organisation can be centralised, hub and spoke with a central PMO with satellite PMOs globally, or embedded within projects. The appropriate structure will be determined by the specific business needs of the organisation. The PMO sits above PM delivery and the supply chain delivery teams.

- 1. About Me Welcome My name is Donna Casad and I look forward to working with each of you this year. Through the slide presentation, I would like to share a little bit about myself.
- 2. Family I am married to Bryan Casad, and we have one little man- Matthew. Bryan and I have been married for seventeen years and look forward to many more. Matthew is a student at MHS in the fourth grade. We love Moss Hill School and the people.
- 3. Education I am a 1992 graduate of East Carolina University-GO PIRATES!!! I have a Bachelor of Science degree for Elementary Education with a concentration in Reading.
- 4. Downtime When I am not teaching school I do enjoy lots of different activities. I love to read, travel, and relax with family and friends. Family and friends are so important, mix-it with FOOD and what a good time.
