December 2014- PROJECT HEAD, LAKBAY ARAL INTERNATIONAL
January 2015 A TRIP TO THE LAND OF THE RISING SUN
Served as the liaison of the organization to the Northstar Travel Agency.
Oversaw all matters concerning the project which includes hotel
accommodation, consolidation of the participants’ information, visa
processing, etc. This event was a milestone for the batch of my
organization’s officer because it was the first time for the program to have
an international immersion.

Conducted the orientation f o r t h e p a re n t s o f t h e Incoming freshmen
for the year 2015 for 4 consecutive batches, 2 shifts per each batch.
September 2014 PROJECT HEAD, DLS-CSB’S STUDENT DELEGATIO N TO THE 51st
PMAP ANNUAL CONFERENCE
Served as the liaison of the organization to Intercontinental Travel Agency
and Personnel Management Association of the Philippines. Oversaw all
matters concerning the project i.e. hotel accommodation, air transportation,
registration to the 51st PMAP Annual Conference, etc. 69 Human
Resource students attended this event and it was the biggest delegation
my organization had sent in our many years of attending PMAP.
February 2013 PROJECT HEAD, LAKBAY ARAL LOCAL: A TRIP TO NUVALI
Served as the liaison of the organization to Outbound Kalikasan and Ayala
Corporation. Oversaw all matterconcerning the project which includes
participants’ registration fee, sourcing of bus transporation, etc.

AND THE MEDIATING EFFECT OF ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGE

Highlighted the importance of having a positive personality towards having
a lesser negative outlook and higher acceptance to change. Extended the
research on change-related self-efficacy by providing evidence as to how
a personality variable could lead to behaviors in response to organizational
change initiatives.

Born on June 4, 1996, Parañanque City, Philippines. Fluent in English
and Filipino. Knowledgeable in Microsoft Programs. Adaptable, goal-
oriented and quality oriented.
