Community,redeployment and self-employment: How can disabled people be helped to cluster and exchange their skills with one another to supportmore to work or start businesses? (Can people with fluctuating conditions job share? Can micro-businesses be formed from skill share schemes?What is required to facilitate this?) More disabled people than non-disabled people are self-employed. What are the reasons for this, what businesseshave they started, which ones are growing and why? What further support would make a difference to their viability and the disabled persons quality of life? Technology and accessibility How can research and developmentgrants equip more disabled people to work?
