This document reports on 6 cases of intrauterine contraceptive devices (IUCDs) migrating from the uterus into the bladder, complicated by bladder stone formation. All 6 cases presented with irritative voiding symptoms and were managed endoscopically. Endoscopic lithotripsy was used to break up the bladder stones that had formed on the migrated IUCDs, followed by extraction of the IUCDs cystoscopically. The endoscopic approach proved to be an effective treatment with good patient outcomes and less morbidity than open surgery.Community keynote
