 To Check and Prepare the status of Cement Reservation Quantity.
 To Check and receive the Cement Documents given by Vendors.
 Preparing GRN & STN for receiving & dispatching of materials at Inward Material Section.
 Maintaining Stock accounts & clarifying audit queries.
 Using SAP MM module for PO creation, preparation of GRN & stock movement between IM
Section & site for all project materials.
 Preparation MIS as per requirement of management.
 Reconciliation of issued materials with the Vendors after each month.
 Making GRN(Goods Receive Note) and GI(Goods Issue) of steel & Cement Materials in SAP.
2. RND Laboratories Pvt. Ltd.
Position- Office Assistance (From 1st
Aug, 2012 to 30t h
June. 2013)
 To prepare GRN on receipt of the materials from the Suppliers.
 Prepare Challan and raised bills on supply of Goods to Stockists.
 To maintain the Stock Register daily basis.
 To raise Debit/Credit Note on Shortage/Excess & Breakage of goods and return of goods from
the stockists.
 To comply the discrepancies/disputes as and when arise from supplier and stockists.
 To follow up dispatch of goods to stockists.
