Delivery Executive, Programme Director Poyry Finland (Sept2012- Apr2013)
This was the largest outsourcing Programme in the Nordics. The benefits to Poyry resulting in large scale
reduction in operational costs and centralisation of key business processes. My key responsibility as the
programme director for phase 1 were:
Overseen Wave 1 of the Transition of the outsourcingof IT and Financesystems for 22 countries for Poyry.
Managed 140 staff on-shoreand off-shore staff for a multi-million pound programme. Set up and managed all
meetings and governance at CXO level successfully.Successfully delivered the firstphaseof a 5 year transition
programme for Poyry.
Online Country Manager Vodafone (Ireland, Albania & Qatar) (June2011-Aug 2012)
Global online Programme of which Ireland was the first successful implementation
Successfully managed the transition of all onlineproducts in Ireland to the new Oracleonlinesystem and set
up the transition programme in Albania.The Ireland transition was the only successful transition of all systems
