 Strict adherence to the temperature control policy for all food
products
 Maintain the highest standard of cleanliness
 Provide adequate food hygiene and food safety training for all food
handlers
 Regular and thorough review and monitoring of hygiene standards
and practices
 To ensure high standards of performance by develop and implement
always the needed programs and follow up all companies Policy &
procedures.
