- 2. NIPCO Plc. Part of the Project team to install & commission CNG Station equipments. Carry out Safety, Operation & Maintenance Audits of CNG stations, PRMS installation on regular basis. Regular monitoring of the Operation & Maintenance Activities and perform analysis on Availability of the station equipment, Gas balancing, energy consumption, etc to improve system efficiency. Co-ordination with OEMs of compressor, dispenser and other station equipment for smooth functioning of equipments and conducting meetings for resolving issues creeping up during our warranty period. Develop Safe Operating Procedures and in-house training module and provide training to Operators and Maintenance team. Analyze all operation activities and resolve the issue within time frame. Recommend measures to improve conditions and operations of machines and equipment. Maintain records of spare parts consumption, maintenance history of equipment. Identifying loopholes/drawbacks in the existing processes and upgrading/ modifying the same to attain cost savings. Achievements Successfully commissioned the largest CNG Mother station in Ibafo, Ogun State, Nigeria having installed compression capacity of 200,000 scmd and 20 dispensing points for refuelling vehicles and 14 loading points for supplying gas through CNG Jumbo cascades to industrial customers not connected by pipeline. Developed in-house team to carry out high pressure tubing installation for CNG stations, PRMS installations by imparting training. Introduced on-road refuelling of CNG driven trucks carrying CNG Jumbo cascades, which eliminated installing additional CNG cylinders. Successfully commissioned CNG Pressure Reducing and Metering stations for supplying gas to Nigerian Breweries Ijebu Ode plant, CDK Industries Sagamu and other industries not connected through gas pipelines. Consistently achieved over 99% availability of CNG stations with highest safety index and 100 % compliance to Preventive maintenance of station equipments. 2) Aug12 - Sept'14 Engineer -Operation & Maintenance Joined Tulip Energy Pvt Ltd at Delhi, India in Aug'12 as an Operation & Maintenance
