 Train newly hired LP Service Ambassadors on shoplift indicators, log documentation, and best
way to prevent theft and deter shoplifters through customer service
 Perform random sensor audit checks (blitz) in different departments to ensure the merchandise is
properly safeguarded; report to appropriate department managers the results of daily audit checks
 Generate leads that pertain to internal investigations and escalate to appropriate channels; partner
with investigator/agent to resolve internal investigations
