 Chupar means to Suck and Cabra means
  Goat
 The Goat Sucker is said to have been
  seen all over Puerto Rico, Mexico, and
  Central America
 El Chupacabra has been reported to attack
  livestock and suck all the blood out of its
  body
Appearances and Style
 El Chupacabra is always described as a
  reptile like creature
 It is said to have leathery or scaly greenish
  skin, Quills running down its spine, it has
  fangs, a forked tongue, Stands at about 3
  to 4 feet tall, and is known to let out
  terrible screechs
 Looks like a living gargoyle
 The first reported case of El Chupacabra
  was in the March of 1995 in Puerto Rico.
  In this first attack eight sheep were found
  dead and each had three puncture
  wounds in there chest and were
  completely drained of all blood
 Months later it was seen again in Puerto
  Rico and the number of Reported cases
  had livestock victims that totaled up to 150
  dead
Cultural Phenomenon
 El Chupacabra is very famous because of
  the number of times it is referenced in
  media today
 It is mentioned in many tv shows and
  movies including Dark Seas, Scooby Doo,
  Generator Rex, Dexters Laboratory, and
  the X Files
