Aviation Communication Equipment Repairer Fort Drum, NY, Iraq, and Afghanistan: 04/2007 - 04/2012
-Awarded for completing over 2000 work orders during tenure leading to mission success of shop,
surpassing military technical standards. Demonstrated the ability to adapt to challenging tasks through
exceptional tactical and technical skills.
-Responsible for tracking of $770,000 in Test Measurements and Diagnostics Equipment (TMDE) for
office. Directly accountable for ensuring 21 test sets were sent to TMDE on time, maintaining a 0%
delinquency rate, and allowing his office to complete it's mission without delays.
-As night shift maintenance supervisor; provided team with troubleshooting techniques, technical
advise, and numerous classes on multiple radio systems. Technical expertise and institutional
knowledge enabled progression of a rapid work flow.
-Demonstrated a profound ability to diagnose the most complex electronic faults as a communication

maintenance making over 20 on the spot repairs preventing vehicles from becoming Non Mission
Capable.
-Displayed exceptional commitment to the mission during field training. Within 48 hours repaired 2
vehicles and assisted with the repair of a third ensuring all vehicles would be available to support the
mission. Then conducted random checks on 15 other vehicles throughout the remainder of training to
ensure operators were conducting proper preventative maintenance checks.
-Assigned Wrecker and was responsible for maintenance, inventory and accountability of over
$275,000 worth of recovery tools and equipment. Meticulously conducted 10% inventories on a
monthly basis ensuring items were accounted for at all times. Maintained proficiency on recovery

operations by performing mock recovery drills with other recovery personnel, resulting in no safety
violations and no loss of tools or equipment.

responsible for 2 million dollars worth of equipment getting calibrated and returned to correct office
