This whole process will last for 6 days, kindly follow the instructions below./
Process ini mengambil masa 6 hari
DAY 1 – DAY 5/hari pertama-hari kelima
1. Drink 4 cups of apple juice (250cc/cup) either from fresh apple or 100% Pure apple juice. Drink
the juice in the morning, afternoon, night and before bedtime. No limit on the food intake./
Minum 4 cawan jus epal segar. Minum pada waktu pagi,tengahari.malam, sebelum tido. Tiada
sekatan jumlah pengambilan makanan.
DAY 6/Hari ke enam
1. Fasting starting 1pm. No more apple juice on this day. But you may drink water as necessary./
Puasa dari jam 1pm. Tiada jus apple pada hari ini. Tapi boleh minum air kosong jika perlu.
2. At 6pm and 8pm, drink 250 cc of warm water mixed with 1 table spoon of Epsom Salt (dissolved)
in it./Jam 6pm-8pm, minum air suam yang dicampur 1 sudu makan Epsom salt.
3. At 10 pm drink 125 cc Lemon (yellow) juice mixed with 125 cc olive oil. / Jam 10pm minum jus
lemon yang dicampur minyak zailtun.
4. At night, sleep on the right side, to press on the liver./ Malam, tidor mengiring sebelah kanan
bagi member tekanan keatas hati.
DAY 7/Hari ke tujuh
Expect greenish stool on this day. This is said to be the dirt./Jangka ‘buangan’ berwarna hijau hari ini. Ini
lah kekotoran baru tersebut.
