students more quickly and get
them excited about learning.

Introduce
Gamification
1. Set up a Points System
 you can offer to give students points for
participation, completing tasks on time or
anything else youd like. Your points
system should fit your classroom style and
help students track their progress.
2. Invent a Storyline With Avatars
 Nothing quite gets students in the mood to
learn like a great story. Taking the time to
think of or invent a storyline for your game
will help get students interested.

1. Hand Out Badges
 Points are great for rewarding your
students participation in class, but badges
allow you to reward achievements.
Incorporating both of these reward
systems is vital for maintaining classroom
morale.
2. Encourage Teamwork
 Getting students to play and participate
together cultivates a friendly atmosphere
and teaches students the value of working
together

Personal Protective
Equipment (PPE)
z
1) Identify PPE defined in OHS guidelines;
2) Classify the types of PPE;
3) Determine when to use PPE.
z
Act it out Guessing game (Charades)
10 rules of Charades:
1.Players are divided into two teams.
2.An equal amount of Charades cards are dealt to each team.
3.Timing and scorekeeping are essential.
4.Words/phrases must be acted out.
5.Players cannot speak, point at room objects, or move their lips.
6.Only 1 player in each team can see the Charades card to be acted out in each round.
7.The team chooses the actor for each round  limitations per player apply.
8.There is a 2  3-minute time limit for each actor.
9.Standard gestures can be discussed and agreed on before play commences.
10.Teams take alternating turns until each member from each team has acted out a
word/phrase.
