The senior high school will be holding a grand recital featuring a Filipino historic fantasy fashion show. The theme will take inspiration from Philippine culture and history. There will be 5 main dresses representing queens, with additional dresses for princesses and minions. Students from visual art and media arts will collaborate to bring the theme to life through costumes, sculptures, animation, film, photography, and other art forms. The event will be held at the Angono Gymnasium and showcase the rich cultural history of the Philippines through fashion and merging it with different art forms.

- INSPIRATION/BACKGROUND FOR SELECTED THEME:
We came up with this idea as an art student studying in a nation where
culture and history are dying. We want to use this Grand Recital as an
opportunity to endorse the glamorous cultured history of the Philippines
through the means of fashion, but this would not just be a normal fashion
show. We added a little twist by showcasing it using different art forms.
What we mean by this is, we emerged the rich historical culture and
mythological beliefs of the Philippines.

VISUAL (G11 AND G12):
• DRESSMAKING/COSTUME - 5 main dresses shall be made and all the
SHS Visual Art students will be divided into 5 groups. Each group will
have to present 1 main dress which serves as a "Queen" and another
two dresses for the 1 “Princess” and 1 “Minion”.
- The literary art students' costumes for their spoken poetry
performance will be made with assistance from students of visual art.

• SCULPTURE - The mannequin head that shall be used will
be sculpted out of clay or other alternative material/s.
• ANIMATION - There will be posters, teasers, comic
animation, for advertisement purposes.

We added a little twist by showcasing it using different art forms. What we mean by this is, we emerged the rich historical culture and mythological beliefs of the Philippines.

7. VISUAL (G11 AND G12): • DRESSMAKING/COSTUME - 5 main dresses shall be made and all the SHS Visual Art students will be divided into 5 groups. Each group will have to present 1 main dress which serves as a "Queen" and another two dresses for the 1 “Princess” and 1 “Minion”. - The literary art students' costumes for their spoken poetry performance will be made with assistance from students of visual art.

8. • SCULPTURE - The mannequin head that shall be used will be sculpted out of clay or other alternative material/s. • ANIMATION - There will be posters, teasers, comic animation, for advertisement purposes. • PROPS/PROSTETHICS • MAKEUP

11. MEDIAARTS • FILM The media art students in senior high school will create five short films and photographic works. Each of the films will be connected to the 'Queen'. -

12. MEDIAARTS • PHOTOGRAPHY The photographs will showcase all the works created by the visual art students that the models will wear during the fashion show.
