Best Answer - Chosen by Asker Hi, Most painful for me was by far my nipples. But it's so quick that it's kind of a good feeling. That sounds creepy maybe but oh well. It just took my breath away completely. They healed really quickly though and I've had little problems with them. Easiest piercings for me were my ears (the first couple on the earlobe) and maybe eyebrow. The eyebrow healed fast too. I really like cartilage piercings all over the ear. I had my tragus pierced but had to take it out. I like the upper cartilage and industrial piercings. They don't hurt too bad when you get them but they take literally up to one year to fully heal.
