We are calling for a dynamic and with really high sense of responsibility HR executive
to join our team, who will be handling various HR functions, which include HR
planning, recruitment and selection, training and development, company culture.
RESPONSIBILITY
HR Planning: Discuss and consult staff planning with BOD/line managers.
Recruitment and selection
a. Review/Compose job description for all positions and update them in consultation
of hiring managers.
b. Propose suitable recruitment channels, coordinate and negotiate with
recruitment channels on service fees.
c. Screen, shortlist candidates, and join interview with hiring managers.
d. Update interview result; prepare letter of offer to selected candidates.
Training & Development
a. Perform staff on-boarding, orientation; follow up new-hires job performance &
suggest recommendation for improvement if needed.
b. Build up training material, consult with BOD/line managers with employees
training needs and arrange training schedules for employees.
Company culture:
a. Discuss with BOD and line managers to propose plan and policies to build up
company culture.

b. Make plan and support company activities like Birthday party, Company Trip, Year-
end party, etc.
Support other Admin tasks if needed.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
2-3 years of working experience in human resource.
English working proficiency.
Good written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
High sense of sensitivity and problem-solving skill.
Be willing to learn and challenge yourself!
