- 3. CALIFORNIA (VAPA) Visual and Performing Arts STANDARDS Each day there will also be a standard that we are addressing on the board There are 5 main standards or goal areas that the state of California has for you to learn.
- 4. California VAPA Standards CALIFORNIA STATE VISUAL ART CONTENT STANDARDS 1. I will learn to visually and critically evaluate and perceive artwork. 2. I will learn to express myself through my own art projects. 3. I will learn to appreciate art with in a historical & cultural context. 4. I will learn to understand how to aesthetically value artwork. 5. I will learn how to use the arts professionally and as a means to help their community.
