Lets make a standing desk
Step 1: Move your chair


Lets begin by moving your chair away from
your desk.
Step 2: Get two crates
Step 3: Stack the crates
Step 4: Decorate!
Step 5: Adjust

Youll want to be positioned ergonomically
as possible. When youre standing, your
arms should be at a 90 degree angle to
your typing or writing surface.
Lessons learned
Low-cost solutions mean implementing with
