    Advanced business planning: Defined need for expansion in key division. Worked closely
     with senior management to provide vendor support to buying staff. This increased sales and
     addressed new customer generated inadequacies. Results: Through defining key metrics
     this increased sales, exceeded client expectations, and drove sales up 13%.

    Corporation. Interacted closely at major trade shows to lower shipping, maximize EDI
    programs, and increase vendor incentive payments. Results: Increased sales first year by
    25%, decreased shipping charges and inventory costs. Successfully generated new vendor.

   Manage vendor and customer support: Maintained a understanding of purchasing and
    handled competitive proposals. Gave input through a bottom up line planning process for
    pricing, revenue versus equity, seasonal buildup, and transportation cost for current and
    future trends. Lead weekly, monthly, quarterly and seasonal reviews of all key product
    indicators to management. Results: Increased vendor financing, improved cash flow, and
    GROI.
