The Nova help desk provides IT support to students and faculty across all Nova campuses. It is open 24/7 and can be contacted via phone, email, or an online support portal. General services provided by IT include email, access to grades and schedules, emergency alerts, online training resources, and tech support tips for students. Students receive a 25GB email account, can sign up for alerts about campus closures and safety issues, and have access to virtual training through Atomic Learning. Discounts on hardware and free software like antivirus, Microsoft Office 365, and cloud storage through OneDrive are also available to the Nova community.
