the Federal courthouse in the Southern District of Florida.

shoplifters, organized training classes on the liability issues on improper and illegal detaining of suspected
shoplifters, credit card fraud, counterfeiting, check fraud, safety issues, Hazmat and OSHA violations, shrink
issues, audits, inventories and key control as well as hiring of all security guard services.

則 Served as primary corporate liaison to outside local, state and federal agencies involving criminal cases
and related prosecution.
則 Managed security of annual shareholders meeting comprised of approximately 10,000 attendees
and key management personnel including CEO and all Senior Vice Presidents. Activities included
security pre-planning, medical and emergency issue planning, executive protection and coordination of
local law enforcement.
則 Recovered over $10M dollars related to loss by creating and launching the Organized Retail Crime
