June September 2013: Temporary Safety Coach, Skandi Constructor Responsibilities: To provide the offshore management team with advice and guidance, maintaining company and statutory requirements. Coordinate safety meetings with offshore management, shift supervisors and client representatives. To coach and mentor offshore teams in the use of, Task Based Risk Assessment, Toolbox Talks, Task Risk Assessment Cards, Permit to work System and Management of Change procedures. Conducting proactive monitoring and daily inspections to ensure safe systems of work are in place throughout the execution of all onshore and offshore activities.
